MILESTONE BILLING &
SERVICE REALLOCATION POLICY

01.MILESTONE BILLING ARCHITECTURE

All commercial engagements with MR. MEDIA AGENCY operate strictly on structured milestone payment models tied to approved Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables. Payments are mapped to engineering bandwidth allocation, creative production, and strategic audit deployments. Static pricing packages are explicitly prohibited.

02.NON-REFUNDABLE MONETARY POLICY

Due to immediate resource provisioning, custom asset architecture, and dedicated studio bandwidth reserve, no direct monetary refunds or cash pay-backs will be issued for fees, retainer deposits, or milestone disbursements paid to Mr. Media under any circumstances once work has commenced or financial clearance is processed.

03.EQUAL-VALUE SERVICE REALLOCATION GUARANTEE

In the event a client decides to discontinue or pivot away from an initially opted service workstream prior to project completion, Mr. Media provides an flexible service-credit safeguard:

A. Full Capital Reallocation:100% of the remaining unutilized capital paid toward the discontinued service will be converted into an internal Agency Service Credit.

B. Equivalent Service Switch:The client may reallocate the full credited amount toward any alternative service within the Mr. Media Core Grid of equal commercial value (e.g., reallocating Performance Marketing credits toward Custom Web Development, Audio Jingle Master Production, or UGC Strategy).

C. Scope Upgrade Adjustments:If the newly selected service workstream exceeds the credited amount, the client will simply clear the remaining differential balance as per the newly updated SOW milestone schedule.

04.THIRD-PARTY COSTS & NON-CREDITABLE EXPENSES

The Service Reallocation Guarantee applies strictly to internal Mr. Media agency fees and production workstreams. External third-party disbursements—including ad network spend (Meta/Google), domain registrations, specialized equipment rentals, and third-party SaaS subscriptions—are entirely exempt from service conversion or credit reallocation.

05.CREDIT VALIDITY & OFFICIAL REQUEST ROUTING

To initiate a Service Conversion Request, formal notice must be submitted in writing to the billing unit. Issued Agency Service Credits remain valid for redemption within 180 calendar days from the date of formal credit issuance.
