1. Statement of Work (SOW)

Every performance campaign, creator activation, Next.js build, or production shoot requires a signed SOW defining deliverable scope, review limits, and locked timelines prior to mobilization.

2. Payout Governance Models

MODEL A

100% Upfront Clearance

Required for high-velocity creative sprints and short execution deliverables.

MODEL B

Phased Milestone Tranches

Mobilization fee upfront + milestone clearance 5-10 days prior to final delivery + balance settlement upon audit pass.

3. Production & Creator Logistics

Agency deploys crew and gear. Venue permissions, travel, local conveyance, and client-side hospitality expenses are managed by the client. Influencer SOWs lock deliverable formats and approval windows.

4. Confidentiality (NDA) & IP Transfer

All client sales/lead databases remain strictly confidential. Intellectual Property and codebase ownership transfer 100% upon final invoice settlement.
